Specification materials, photometric files, and custom finish samples are provided for evaluation purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Prices, lead times, and finish matching are confirmed in writing at order acceptance.
Dimensions, finishes, and performance data are maintained accurately but may change as collections are refreshed. Always confirm the revision number on specification sheets when issuing for construction.
All collection imagery, designer-collaboration product names, and technical documentation are the property of Visual Comfort or its collaborators. Reuse for competitive catalog purposes is not permitted.
Limited warranty terms vary by collection and are published with each product's specification package. Custom finishes are warranted against manufacturing defect within the terms stated on the order acceptance.
Visual Comfort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from the fitness of any decorative fixture for a particular site condition not disclosed during specification.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
